Site improvements included the construction of three multi-use athletic fields and six tennis courts. Over 28 acres of site development, all performed by TLT Site Division.This new 150,000 s.f. construction project was completed one year ahead of schedule. The facility included classrooms, laboratories, gymnasium, cafeteria and auditorium. The design requirements were to replicate the historic significance of the “Mill Town” period of Old Lawrence
