The William F. Connell Center at St. Mary's High School

St. Augustine Center for Education and Ministry, Andover, MA

The William F. Connell Center at St. Mary's High School has been completed. The TLT Special Projects Group (SPG) was selected as the general contractor for this 30,000 square-foot building housing a state- of-the-art library, media center, small chapel, 11 new classrooms, science lab, lecture hall, and a technology center.

“The Connell Center at St. Mary's will be the jewel in the crown of an inner-city school that has come back from the dead. TLT has done a fabulous job of staying on time and on budget without interfering in the ongoing life of the school,”

“Inner-city Catholic high school education is the best place to invest an educational dollar. Many have done so at St. Mary's and we feel that TLT has taken on our building project as the sacred trust that it is.”
Rev. Monsignor Paul V. Garrity

The TLT Special Projects Group (TLT-SPG) has completed a series of projects at Boston College including: A 5,000 sf renovation to the Stuart Dining Hall located within the Boston College Law School, Corcoran Commons renovations and the Tree of Life Sculpture (created by Peter Rockwell) along with associated fountain and courtyard installation.

“I would be pleased to recommend TLT to my colleagues in the JCC world, as well as other community agencies. The best recommendation is that we look forward to engaging TLT services again on future projects here at our center.”
